Pay in 3 with Klarna on refurbished handsets
Split the cost of any phone into three equal instalments at checkout - first payment upfront, the remaining two spaced a month apart. No interest charges apply as long as payments are made on schedule.
Outlet section - graded phones from £79
The outlet page lists their most affordable stock, starting under £80 for functional older models in fair condition. These are ideal as backup phones or first devices for kids, with full grading transparency on cosmetic wear.
12-month warranty included on all refurbished phones
Every handset ships with a full year of cover against faults at no extra cost - no upsell, no hidden warranty fee. If a covered issue arises, repairs or a replacement unit are arranged through the support team.
Bulk order discounts for business buyers
Companies ordering five or more refurbished handsets for staff can request a custom quote through the business enquiries form. Pricing adjusts based on volume and model mix, and invoices can be issued with VAT receipts.
Price match on like-for-like refurbished phones
Found the same graded handset cheaper at another UK refurbisher? Contact support before buying with a link to the competitor listing and they'll match the price. The handset must match in grade, storage, colour, and network status.
Refer a friend and you both save
Share your unique referral link from your account dashboard. When someone places their first order through it, they get money off their purchase and you receive account credit towards your next handset.
Trade in your old phone for credit
Get an instant valuation by selecting your current handset's model and condition on the trade-in page. The quoted value is deducted directly from your refurbished purchase, so you don't have to wait for a separate payout.
Clearance deals on older iPhone models
The clearance section rotates stock of iPhone 11 and earlier generations at their lowest prices. These units are fully tested and graded but priced to clear because shelf space is needed for newer arrivals. Stock changes weekly so check back often.
Free UK delivery on every order
No minimum spend required - all refurbished handsets ship free via standard tracked delivery within the UK. Next-day options are available at checkout if you need it sooner, but the standard service costs you nothing.
Sign up to newsletter for exclusive deals
Pop your email into the subscription box at the bottom of the homepage and you'll get early access to flash sales and restock alerts before they go public. Particularly useful when popular iPhone models come back in limited quantities.
Student discount on refurbished phones
Verify your student status through Student Beans or UNiDAYS at checkout to unlock a reduced price on any refurbished handset. Works across iPhone, Samsung, and Google Pixel stock - handy if you're upgrading before term starts.
