What are the ethical standards of practice that Living Nature follows?
Living Nature is a family business that takes social compliance and workers' rights very seriously. We are committed to ensuring that conditions in our manufacturing and supply facilities are maintained to the highest standards. We are members of the British Toy and Hobby Association (BTHA) and subscribe to its Code of Conduct.
What are Living Nature toys made of? Are they suitable for vegans?
Our plush pet toys are made of polyester and acrylic fabrics. They are not made from any animal material and therefore are vegan.
All our plush toys are filled with 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.
The SMOLS line is made entirely from recycled materials.
All toys come with a label indicating how many recycled plastic bottles were used to make the toy.
Your soft toys are safe for pets play?
Living Nature soft toys are designed for humans and have not been tested for safety for pets. Although contents such as stuffing, beads and plastic parts are non-toxic, we do not recommend giving them to pets.
Are there any toxic components inside Living Nature plush toys?
There are no toxic components in our toys. All plush toys have passed the EN71 toy test to prove they are suitable for children.
Are your plush toys suitable for all ages?
As they are plush toys, there is no specific age group associated with them. They are suitable for ages 0 to 99 years. The standard toy testing that occurs on these items includes a 'pull test' on the eyes and noses of the items to ensure they cannot be pulled easily.
