You'll be provided with the delivery dates when you select your product and again at checkout.

Delivery is free on all orders!
Getting your order to you quickly is a big priority for us and we’ve worked hard with our specially selected and trusted sellers to provide efficient delivery that gets items to you in approximately 3 to 5 days, free of charge.
To provide you with the best and fastest service, your order may be delivered in different parcels, however, delivery will always be free regardless of how many parcels you receive.
Return Policy
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return a product if you have changed your mind.
How to Return
Click ‘My Orders’ section of my account and simply click ‘Return’ next to the order you’d like to return. At this point, you’ll be directed to our Returns portal where you can select your return courier and purchase a label. Returns are chargeable £3.50. There are currently only print label options, if you do not have a printer please use the no label option and handwrite the return address on the parcel. Put your delivery note or order number in the return parcel so it is easily identified.
Please note that if your order was delivered in separate parcels, it is likely that they were sent to you from different trusted sellers. For more information relating to multi-seller returns, click here. You will have to complete the above step for every seller return.
Hold tight! It can take up to 10 days for your order to be processed after receipt in the warehouse. You will be notified by email when this has been processed. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account, dependant on your bank.
