Check the deals page for current cartridge promotions
A dedicated offers section rounds up every active discount in one place - from multi-buy bundles to seasonal markdowns. Worth bookmarking before each restock so you don't miss short-lived price cuts on your printer model.
12-month guarantee on compatible cartridges
Toner Giant's own-brand compatibles come with a full year's warranty, so if a cartridge fails to perform you can claim a replacement or refund without paying return postage.
Business account pricing for regular orders
Register a trade account to access volume-based rates if your workplace orders printer consumables repeatedly. Account holders also get a dedicated reorder list so frequent purchases take seconds rather than searching each time.
Clearance section: reduced prices on selected cartridges
End-of-line and overstock printer supplies are marked down in the clearance area. Availability changes frequently and once a particular cartridge is sold out at the discounted price, it may not return.
Multi-pack cartridge bundles cost less per unit
Buying cartridges in packs of two or more brings the individual price down compared to ordering singles. Look for the multi-buy badge on product pages - the saving applies automatically once qualifying items are in your basket.
Newsletter sign-up brings exclusive cartridge deals
Pop your email in the subscription box to get promotional offers sent straight to your inbox, including restock reminders for your specific printer and early heads-up on seasonal price drops.
Price match promise on ink and toner
Spot your cartridges listed cheaper on another UK site and Toner Giant will match it. Get in touch with the competitor price before buying and they'll adjust your order total accordingly.
Free UK delivery on every order
No minimum spend needed - standard shipping is included on all purchases, from a single cartridge to a full office restock. Upgrade to next-day at checkout if you're running low.
8% off compatible ink and toner cartridges
Works on Toner Giant's own-brand compatible cartridges, which are already significantly cheaper than OEM equivalents. This extra reduction applies at checkout and stacks the saving on top of the lower base price, making it particularly worthwhile if you're stocking up for a busy office.
