Two-year warranty included on all Urban Electrics electric bikes and scooters
Every electric bike and scooter sold comes with a two-year manufacturer warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against defects. This is not a discount as such, but it protects your investment if something goes wrong within the first couple of years. Register your purchase after delivery to activate the full cover period.
Urban Electrics price match promise - found it cheaper elsewhere? Ask them to match it
If you spot the same electric bike or scooter listed cheaper at another UK retailer, Urban Electrics will match that price on request. You need to contact their team with proof of the lower price before placing your order, and the item must be in stock at the competing store. This is worth doing on premium models where a small percentage difference adds up to a meaningful cash sum.
Bundle deals on electric scooters with helmets and locks at Urban Electrics
Buying a scooter on its own means you still need safety gear separately, which adds up. Urban Electrics packages selected scooters with a compatible helmet and lock for less than buying each item individually. The bundles rotate depending on what is in stock, so check which combinations are currently available before committing to a scooter-only purchase.
Spread the cost of your electric bike with Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3 at Urban Electrics
At checkout you can split your basket total into three interest-free instalments through Klarna or PayPal, which takes the sting out of buying a higher-priced e-bike or scooter. The first payment goes out when your order ships, with the remaining two following at monthly intervals. No interest is charged as long as you keep up with the schedule.
Urban Electrics clearance section - reduced prices on last-chance electric rides
The clearance page gathers end-of-line and discontinued electric bikes and scooters at lower prices than the main range. Stock is limited to whatever is left in the warehouse, so sizes and colour options thin out quickly. Browse here first if you are flexible on model and want to spend less than the current retail price.
Free UK delivery on electric bikes and scooters at Urban Electrics
Larger items like e-bikes and electric scooters ship free within the UK, which is a genuine saving given how bulky these parcels are. Standard delivery typically arrives within a few working days. Worth noting this applies to mainland addresses - check delivery terms if you are in the Highlands or Northern Ireland.
Sign up to the Urban Electrics newsletter for early access to sales and new arrivals
Joining the mailing list puts you ahead of the crowd when electric bikes and scooters drop in price, as subscribers get notified before deals go public on the site. You also get first dibs on new stock, which matters when popular models sell out fast. A solid move if you are waiting for a specific e-bike to come down in price rather than buying today.
