ASUS Design

Focus on the foundation and results. For best results, ASUS emphasizes teaching your employees to think holistically, from a broad perspective, and to focus on the rationale and results before execution. In short, they must tackle the ultimate purpose of each task, and discover the primary cause behind each problem, which will ultimately help them do the right thing first. To achieve this, employees have to start with the purpose of the task in mind, approach the situation from the customer's point of view, and consider the cost effectiveness involved while being open to possible alternatives and possible side effects.

Innovation and design

The ASUS Design team is made up of around 100 designers from around the world. Divided into 9 teams, each of them deals with areas such as materials development, mechanical design and industrial design. Despite having their own areas of expertise, the teams share the same goal: to create revolutionary user experiences, since in the end, good design is about putting products in the hands of users, and the most successful products they have are those that offer a better user experience.
