Complimentary Jewellery Cleaning and Inspection Service
Bring any piece purchased from C.W. Sellors into any boutique for a free professional clean and security check. The team checks stone settings, clasp integrity, and chain links, then ultrasonically cleans your jewellery. No appointment necessary for most items.
First Order Savings When You Create an Account
New customers who register an account before checking out for the first time receive a welcome discount on their initial order. The account also gives you order tracking, saved wish lists, and faster checkout for future visits. Only one welcome offer per household.
Buy a Watch and Save on a Matching Strap
When you purchase a watch that has interchangeable straps, adding a second strap to your basket triggers an automatic discount on the strap. Mix leather, metal, or fabric options to suit different occasions. The reduction appears at checkout once both items are in your basket.
Free Lifetime Battery Replacement on Quartz Watches
Any quartz watch purchased from C.W. Sellors includes complimentary battery fitting for as long as you own the timepiece. Simply bring or post it to any store and the team will replace the battery and carry out a basic pressure test at no cost.
Trade In Your Old Watch for Credit Towards a New One
The part-exchange programme lets you send in your current timepiece for a valuation. Once assessed, you receive a credit note that can be put towards any new or pre-owned watch in stock. Valuations are free and there is no obligation to proceed.
Price Match Promise on Brand-New Watches
Found the same brand-new watch cheaper at another authorised UK dealer? C.W. Sellors will match that price if you contact them before placing your order. Applies to identical models with the same reference number and must be in stock at the competing retailer.
Gift Cards Available from £25
Digital and physical gift cards can be loaded with any amount from £25 upwards, making them a flexible option when you are unsure about ring sizes or watch preferences. Recipients can redeem online or in any C.W. Sellors boutique. Cards do not expire.
