Free returns on selected store purchases
When you buy from participating retailers that partner with Collect+, selected orders qualify for free return delivery through their network of local collection points. Instead of queuing at a post office or paying for a courier collection, you simply hand the labelled parcel to a shop assistant at your nearest Collect+ location. Check whether your retailer includes a Collect+ returns label in your package or offers one through their returns portal before you head out.
Up to 50% off hassle-free returns services
Collect+ is known for making parcel returns simple through local shop drop-off points. Their returns service costs up to 50% less than standard courier rates, which is handy if you regularly send items back to online retailers. Just book the return label online, drop the parcel at any participating shop, and Collect+ handles the tracking. Works well for marketplace sellers who need a reliable returns process without paying premium courier prices.
Send multiple parcels in one transaction
Rather than paying for each parcel individually, Collect+ business users can process several shipments in a single booking. This is handy for sellers dispatching multiple orders at once - you print all labels together and drop them off at the same collection point, cutting down on admin time per shipment.
Business account parcel collection from local shops
Collect+ lets business customers drop off and collect parcels at thousands of local partner shops across the UK, often with extended evening and weekend opening hours compared to standard courier depots. Signing up for a business account unlocks tracked delivery options and consolidated parcel management - useful for online sellers or small firms shipping regularly.
