What happens after I place my order?

Step 1

Our engineer will call you in the next few hours to arrange a site survey prior to installation, to make sure all necessary parts and tools are available for the day. We will also make sure the boiler you have chosen is appropriate for your property as we want you to be 100% happy with your new boiler. Our customer service team will keep you informed and are happy to answer any questions you have.

Step 2

Your engineer will aim to arrive in the morning between 8am and 10am on the day of your installation and your boiler will be delivered at the same time or shortly after.

Step 3

Your engineer will carry out a pre-install heating system flush, remove your old boiler, install your new boiler, then will make sure everything is safe and sound and running smoothly.

Do I need to do anything before my engineer arrives?

Clearing a bit of space around your boiler is really helpful, as this allows our engineer to start working right away.
