Dolly Noire is an Italian brand, registered in 2004 by four boys in the suburbs of Milan.
Officially founded in 2013, Dolly Noire is born on a bench on a summer night, mixing fun with friends with a passion for streetwear and a good dose of initiative. This is the story of four friends and their common dream, which has lasted since the age of 15.
From the first simple prints on t-shirts, always identifying what their reality was, they started to present their collections more and more characteristic and appreciated by their audience. The graphics of Dolly Noire t-shirts and sweatshirts are sometimes the result of collaborations with external artists, allowing to combine internal creative capacities with other competent and illustrious visions.
The name DOLLY NOIRE derives precisely from the desire of the 4 partners to express a vision outside the chorus with the brand.
The sponsorship of renowned artists in the world of hip hop has also led to an exponential growth in the brand's visibility among young people.

4 Founders
Daniele Crepaldi
Daniele Crepaldi is the Brand Manager of Dolly Noire. Its role consists in choosing the best marketing strategies, both offline, i.e. for everything related to testimonials, events, sponsorships and collaborations, and from the online point of view, managing the entire social park and web communication.
Growing up in Buccinasco, on the outskirts of Milan, he obtained his diploma at the scientific high school and his degree in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. During his high school years he lived a year in America, an experience that proved to be very formative, not only from a scholastic point of view, but also and above all from a personal one, because it allowed him to open his eyes to the world and to see how many opportunities there are around and that can be grasped and to bring this vision as an added value within Dolly Noire.
Alexander Malandra
Alessandro Malandra is the Company's Managing Director, he is the person who represents Dolly Noire from a financial point of view. Its role is to forecast the Company's growth, to find the funds to finance it and to strategically supervise the various business units.
Originally from Buccinasco, on the outskirts of Milan, he graduated from high school and graduated in Economics and Social Sciences at Bocconi University in Milan, where he learned various notions of business economics and statistics that were fundamental to the role he plays today within Dolly Noire.
Federico Ferrero
Federico Ferrero is the Sales Director of Dolly Noire. Its role consists, on the one hand, in presenting the collections at trade fairs and selling them, thanks to a dense network of agents, to all customers in the country and on the other hand in managing the timely delivery to all stores, in the choice of lines of visual merchandising to be undertaken and in all that concerns the reorders.
Growing up in the outskirts of Milan, he had a scientific education, first with the graduation from high school and then with a degree in Economics and Business with a specialization in Marketing and Management at the University of Pavia.
Gioele Castelvetere
Gioele Castelvetere is the Artistic Director of Dolly Noire. Its role consists in administering the entire part related to the product, both as regards the choice of graphics and the stylistic line to be undertaken for each collection, both for all that concerns the Brand Identity and the strategies related to communication. Despite his graphic skills and the fact that he made the first t-shirts of the brand himself, today he makes use of the work and experience of several graphic designers and illustrators.
Born in Milan and raised in Buccinasco, after graduating from high school and graduating in Communication Design at the Politecnico di Milano, he lived for five months in San Francisco. The experience in America has been very strong and decisive both from a formative point of view and from a personal and creative one. A journey that has made him a witness to a particular freedom and ability to express himself, in a territory that is proliferating with ideas, cultural contamination and extremely visionary. The influence of this cultural and experiential baggage within Dolly Noire projects is significant.
