Transport process

You will need a carrier to act for you. If you're using Doorsteps to sell, we can do it for you, so why not make it a one-stop shop? We will keep the legal fees absolutely fixed. We will also provide 24/7 Live Case tracking capabilities.

Survey

About 3-5 weeks later, your buyer is likely to do a survey about your property - a mortgage appraisal and/or a homebuyer survey. We will provide your contact details to researchers for access. If the search result is less than the market value, we will help you to renegotiate.

Exchange

Once both carriers are satisfied, both sides will sign a contract that will be exchanged. This is where you are legally bound to sell the property. This usually happens a week before completion.

The conclusion is finally here! You will receive a call from your carrier informing you that the sale is complete and you can leave. Keys are exchanged directly by you and the buyer.
