Q: How can I return it?
To return an item, log in to the return section of the website and fill in the return information, enter your order number and email address in the text box above, and click Start.
Follow the instructions and select the item you want to return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

If you are not satisfied with an item you have received, you may return your unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Q: Do I need to pay to return an item?

Q: What are the precautions for international returns?
We do not assume the cost of shipping international returns. Please return your item by mail instead of courier as your order may get stuck in customs, therefore you will be responsible for any costs incurred.
