Frying

TIP: Never use oil in your griddle pan. Instead, lightly coat the ingredients you’ll be grilling with oil. Coconut oil or peanut oil are both a great choice.

TIP: Die-cast aluminium heats up quickly, so a medium heat suffices for perfect results.
