Gshopper: How to order, enter coupons and pay?
A-Registration
To place an order on Gshopper you need to create an account on the site. But the store gives us the possibility to register or log in via social accounts (Facebook, Google, Twitter). It is important to be logged in to the site in order to enter the coupons you find on our Telegram channel or Facebook page and then be able to finalize the order.
B-Checkout and shipping address
Once the product has been added to the cart, click on check-out. You then find yourself at the summary page where you can enter your shipping address, check the warehouse where the goods leave and the coupon box.
C-Box Coupon Insertion
Here enter the discount code you found on our Telegram channel or Facebook page. To be able to enter the discount code correctly you must be logged in to the site.
D-Payment page
Last step: payment page. Here you choose how to pay for your order, whether with Paypal or credit card via the ALIPAY circuit. We recommend payment via Paypal (a method we always recommend for online purchases).
Gshopper: Shipping e Warehouse?
As we have seen previously, Gshopper offers its discounted products on many marketplaces as well as on its own online store. As far as Amazon, Ebay and Aliexpress are concerned, the goods are shipped from European warehouses therefore quickly and with no customs charges to be paid by the buyer.

On the Gshopper online shop, almost all of the goods are shipped from European warehouses. On the product page you can see the shipping method and where the goods leave from. Shipments can start from Spain, Poland, France or Czech Republic and in all these cases SHIPPING IS CUSTOMS FREE (as you well know if you have followed us for 5 years now that shipments departing from Europe are exempt from customs duties).
Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and shipped within 1-5 business days. Depending on your location and selected delivery options, items will normally arrive between 2-7 business days after shipping. For actual transit times, please refer to the delivery estimates on the product detail page.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing shipping details and a tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your order by logging into your account Gshopper and entering the 'Orders' section.
Gshopper: Warranty?
Gshopper.com offers 12 months product warranty. On Xiaomi products (such as smartphones) if the product distribution shows the wording CB (you can check on the XIAOMI website through official tools by entering the IMEI of your product) you can even enjoy the official manufacturer's warranty (in addition to the standard 12-month warranty. by Gshopper.com).
The store also has a free returns policy which allows all buyers who have received a poor quality or defective product to return it within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the product at the offices of Gshopper. Here you will find all the INFO.
