Spend £100 and get a free gift at KIDLY
Orders reaching £100 or more occasionally qualify for a complimentary item added automatically to your basket - typically a small toy, teether, or board book from a featured brand. The free gift changes each promotional period and is subject to stock availability.
Sustainable brand spotlight with selected markdowns
KIDLY regularly highlights eco-conscious and organic brands with temporary price reductions to encourage greener shopping choices. Look for the sustainability badge on product tiles to identify qualifying items from brands using recycled materials or GOTS-certified cotton.
Pre-order upcoming toy releases at KIDLY
Highly anticipated toy launches sometimes open for pre-order before the official release date, securing your item at the listed price even if retail costs rise later. Your card is not charged until the product ships, and you can cancel anytime before dispatch.
Flash sales with limited-time reductions at KIDLY
Short-duration flash events pop up throughout the year, typically lasting 24 to 48 hours and covering specific categories like feeding accessories or bath time essentials. Subscribing to push notifications or following social channels is the quickest way to catch these before they end.
NHS and key worker discount at KIDLY
Frontline workers can verify their status through a recognised verification service to receive a discount on eligible products. The reduction applies to full-price items and is applied after verification at checkout - check the footer or help page for the current verification link.
Bundle and save on matching baby outfits
Coordinated sets that combine tops, bottoms, and accessories are priced lower than buying each piece separately. These curated bundles are especially handy for newborn essentials where you need several outfits in the same size range.
Free returns within 30 days at KIDLY
Unwanted items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. The returns portal in your account generates a prepaid label, though a small deduction may apply for the postage cost.
Earn rewards points on every KIDLY purchase
The loyalty programme accrues points based on your order value, which convert into money-off vouchers once you reach a threshold. Points also accumulate for writing product reviews and following KIDLY on social media, so non-shoppers can build up credit too.
Buy now, pay later with Klarna at KIDLY
Klarna lets you split your purchase into three interest-free instalments or delay payment for 30 days, giving you flexibility on larger nursery purchases. No extra fees apply as long as payments are made on time, and eligibility is checked at checkout.
Price match promise on identical products found cheaper elsewhere
If you spot the exact same item at a lower price on another UK retailer's site, KIDLY will match it when you contact customer service before placing your order. The item must be in stock at both stores and identical in size, colour, and brand.
Seasonal price drops on outerwear and swimwear
When seasons change, KIDLY reduces previous-season coats, rainwear, and swimwear to clear room for new arrivals. Timing your purchase for the end of winter or late summer can mean substantial savings on quality brands that hold up well year after year.
New customer discount when you create a KIDLY account
First-time account holders sometimes receive a welcome incentive credited to their profile after registration. Check your inbox after signing up - the offer typically applies to full-price products only and excludes items already on sale.
Free gift wrapping on selected KIDLY presents
Certain gift-eligible items include complimentary wrapping at no extra charge, clearly marked on the product page with a small icon. The wrapped item arrives ready to hand over at a party or send directly to the recipient's address.
Clearance corner with last-chance baby and toddler items
A dedicated last-chance section gathers discontinued lines and final-stock pieces at their lowest prices. Once these are gone they will not be restocked, so if you spot a favourite brand at a heavy reduction it is best to grab it before another shopper does.
Gift cards from £10 at KIDLY
Digital gift cards start at £10 and arrive instantly via email, making them a solid last-minute option for baby showers or birthday presents. The recipient applies the card value at checkout and any remaining balance stays on their account for future orders.
Download the KIDLY app for exclusive mobile-only prices
The KIDLY shopping app occasionally features app-exclusive deals that do not appear on the website, including flash reductions on popular toy brands and early notifications when restocked items come back. Available on iOS and Android.
Refer a friend and you both get credit at KIDLY
Share your personal referral link from your account dashboard - when a friend places their first order using it, they receive money off and you earn store credit to spend on your next purchase. There is no limit to how many friends you can invite.
Multi-buy savings on selected baby essentials
Stocking up on everyday items like muslin cloths, bibs, and socks works out cheaper per unit when you buy in packs of two or three. The bundle price is already reflected on the product page, so the saving shows up in your basket without any extra steps.
Student discount available at KIDLY
Verified students can register through Student Beans to unlock a reduced price on full-price items. Once your student status is confirmed, the discount applies automatically at checkout - no need to remember a code each time you shop for baby gifts or nursery essentials.
KIDLY Plus members get free delivery on every order
Signing up to the KIDLY Plus membership removes the £65 minimum spend threshold for free standard UK delivery entirely. Your annual fee also unlocks early access to sale drops and members-only price reductions on selected brands throughout the year.
