Open-box and graded appliances at reduced prices
Graded stock includes customer returns, ex-display units, and items with minor cosmetic packaging damage. Each product is graded A, B, or C depending on condition and priced accordingly. Full functionality is guaranteed across all grades, with the difference being purely cosmetic.
Pay in instalments with 0% finance on orders over £199
Spread the cost of larger purchases interest-free over three, six, or twelve months. Eligible orders need to total at least £199 and pass a soft credit check at checkout. There's no additional fee for choosing the instalment option versus paying upfront.
Extended warranty included on selected major appliances
Certain large appliances such as washing machines and fridge freezers ship with an extended manufacturer warranty at no extra cost. The coverage period and terms vary by brand, so check the individual product page for specifics on what's included and how long the protection lasts.
Shop the seasonal sale for reduced garden tools and outdoor equipment
Garden furniture, lawnmowers, and outdoor power tools drop in price during the seasonal sale event. Discounts apply to selected lines only and are clearly marked on the product listing. It's worth checking back regularly as new items get added throughout the promotion period.
Refer a friend and you both get a reward
Existing customers can share a personal referral link with friends. When your referral places their first order, both of you receive a credit on your next purchase. The reward applies to the referred person's initial transaction only and cannot be stacked with other promotions.
Price match promise on like-for-like electricals
Found the same model cheaper elsewhere? Knees Home & Electrical will match the price if the competitor is a UK-based retailer with the item in stock and the quote includes delivery. Contact their team before placing your order with details of the cheaper listing.
Bundle and save on kitchen appliance sets
Buying a matching kettle and toaster together works out cheaper than purchasing them individually. Knees Home & Electrical groups selected kitchen pairs at a combined price that undercuts buying each piece separately. Look for the 'bundle price' tag on qualifying product pages.
Clearance deals on home appliances - up to 50% off RRP
The clearance section at Knees Home & Electrical features end-of-line and discontinued stock at heavily reduced prices. Expect to find vacuum cleaners, irons, and small kitchen gadgets marked down well below their original selling price. Stock changes frequently and once it's gone, it's gone.
