Finding Your Perfect Display Panel

Display panels are a great choice for exhibitions and events where you potentially need to change your graphics or information on a regular basis.

What is a Display Panel?

A display board is a rigid board covered in looped nylon fabric, where posters, graphics, and other materials can be attached to it using hooks. This allows messages to be exchanged regularly.

Desktop monitors or standalone boards?

Display boards are available as desktop monitors or standalone units. The difference is the size!

Desktop monitors tend to be three plates in diameter and no more than the length of a table. They can stand upright without any support feet, leaning on the two outermost plates. This provides stability for the screen. When placed on a table, the display reaches head height for easy reading.

Independent display boards are on the floor - with posts and support bases to 'float' the screen at a higher level, or with the display board starting at ground level.

Modular Display Boards

All of our panel displays are modular - meaning they can be linked together to form a longer line of boards. This allows you to reconfigure the screen as well as add individual components to increase support as and when needed.

Modular displays are often used as a partitioning system to create a clear path that is great for displaying posters or in a museum environment where you may want visitors to follow a set path. Panel and pole display boards are often used in this situation and have the added flexibility of being able to be used in portrait or landscape.

Attaching graphics to your display

All display panels are covered with Expoloop fabric. This allows notices and information to be attached, making screen content instantly interchangeable.

To hold heavier items, we suggest using our sturdy display panel - the Bigscreen that doesn't risk tipping over when a heavier item (like props, jewelry, etc.) is placed.

We suggest never using pins on display panels that do not have a cork covering. This is because inserting a pin creates a permanent hole in the screen, which can reduce the life of the screen.

Available colors

We have 9 fabric colors available for you to choose from to complement your brand or to create a neutral-looking display.

Roller banners are a staple ingredient at exhibitions and events and are the top choice for many. The graphics smoothly and neatly roll into the base unit for storage and transportation.

With limited parts, the roller banner gives you the ability to easily dismantle and erect your roller banner stand with a simple bungee cord or telescopic pole.

A roller banner cassette is great if you want the benefits of a roller banner stand with the ability to interchange your graphic messages on a regular basis.

Each graphic comes with its own cassette which means that while the graphic is not in use, it is protected within the cassette. Once it has been changed it can be reused.

If you want to change between graphics on a regular basis then tension banners are a great solution as they have a separate graphic to the base unit. This means that after you’ve used your graphic, you can take it completely off of the banner stand unit and roll it up for safe storage.

Some tension banner stands use an ‘X’ shaped system to create tension, whereas others use snap rails to fasten your display. Extra graphics can be purchased separately and you can replace them without repurchasing a base unit. Key benefits:
