It is vital you check what’s required by your airline and destination country, and are clear on the timings before you purchase a test.

Take the test
Watch the how-to-test video before you get started, activate your kit, then take your sample.
Step 3
Return your sample
Return your test in the envelope supplied via a Royal Mail Priority Postbox, Monday-Friday by 12 noon the same day as taking the sample.
Please note Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. You may consider using a guaranteed courier service to return your sample if you are travelling on a Tuesday or Wednesday to a country that requires a test to be taken 72 hours prior to travel.

Results and travel certificate
We will process your sample within 24-36 hours, and share the results, and a travel certificate by email if your result is negative.

When should I order my test?
All orders received before 12pm on Weekdays and 10am on Saturday are dispatched via Royal Mail for next day delivery. Orders placed after the cut off time, on Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please be advised, Day 5 Test to Release is not automatically eligible for next day delivery as your kit must arrive on Day 5 of your isolation. This is in line with the requirements of the UK Government. Please note, Government guidance is updated regularly. Please visit www.gov.uk for the most up to date information
How will I receive my test?
We’ll send your kit to the address you give us when you place your order – for most tests, this is where you’re staying or isolating or, for Test-To-Release, the address you’ll be arriving at in England. Please note we are dispatching orders via ‘1st Class Signed For’ Delivery.
Royal Mail states that they aim to deliver within 24 hours, but we are unable to guarantee Royal Mails delivery times and so advise ordering as early as possible to prevent disappointment. Please note, Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday. Please factor this into your travel planning timings.
