Who we are?
We are a direct marketing organization called MyOffers 2019 Limited "MyOffers" registered in England and Wales. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office. We operate under the brands MyOffers Testers Keepers and SwitchMyUtility. We run a competition website and a public services exchange website, where we promote and run marketing surveys on behalf of some of the UK's top brands to help them better target their products and services. For those of you who participate in competitions and sweepstakes using MyOffers and Tester Keepers, our website incorporates privacy controls that affect how we process your personal data. Using the privacy controls, you can specify whether you want to receive communications including (but not limited to) direct marketing communications.
What do we use your data for?
The data you provide us is for the following purposes:
Direct Marketing - Our MyOffers and Testers Keepers brands will contact you by email, SMS or phone with questions for marketing purposes. We also share your details with select companies who wish to contact you by phone and mail to offer goods and services that we believe will be beneficial to you.
Profiling - We will profile your information for marketing purposes to help our clients deliver marketing communications that are most relevant to you. We will never make automated decisions about you, which would negatively impact your rights.
Identity tracking and protection - We will also share your data with credit reference and identity verification organizations, which help other organizations verify your identity and prevent others from misusing your data.
For SwitchMyUtility.com customers, we will only use your data for direct marketing purposes. Selected companies will only contact you by phone or mail. We will not use your data for any other purpose, including profiling, protecting and tracking ID or marketing service providers.

What is profiling?
Profiling allows organizations to better understand who their customers are so they can make their marketing communications more relevant.
We use some of the information you provide to match our customers' data so that they better understand your customers' characteristics such as age, hobbies and interests. This only happens when you are in the MyOffers database and are a customer of our client. We do not provide specific information about you, but we will let you know how many of our customers are male/female or live in a particular city. We also help identify whether or not you have similar attributes as a typical customer of our customer, so they can target you with tailor-made product and service offerings for you. We will never profile you based on ethnicity, religion, politics or health as these are not valid reasons why you should be directed for marketing purposes and we do not collect this information. We also do not make automated decisions about you that have a negative impact on your rights. The marketing service providers we share your data with may also use profiles to target you for marketing purposes. Again, you can ask us to stop using your data in this way at any time.
