You can select one of two investment methods:

From the borrower's application list, select the loans you want to invest in. In the list, you will find the specified information about the loan recipient: income, obligations, credit rating, position occupied in the workplace, past debts, etc.

Set the maximum investment amount for the single loan, maturity, specify the solvency ratings of the loan recipients you intend to lend to, and the interest size. The 'NEO Finance' system will automatically make available the best investment possibilities for you.

Also, select whether you want to invest in loans with or without the provision fund.

How much can be invested?

• 20 euros for the loan rated A, B, C and C- and 50 euros for the loan rated A+;

• The maximum application limit for a borrower for 12 months is 500 euros. Our system will automatically ensure that this limit is not exceeded;

How does automatic investment work?

The automatic investment function allows the investor to pre-select the criteria of the loans in which he wants to invest and, according to these criteria, "NEO FInance" automatically concludes loan contracts on behalf of the investor when the appropriate offers appear. In this way, the investor does not need to constantly monitor and review the applications that are being sent in the system. Furthermore, after the emergence of the new loan offer, all investments are made in accordance with the automatic investor offers, and manual investments are made only in the remaining loan amount (sometimes nothing is left).

How it works:

The investor selects automatic investment and specifies the criteria of the loans that are targeted for the investment: solvency rating (one or several) of the loan recipient, minimum interest, loan maturity (exact or from - to), the maximum amount that is invested in a loan and the supply fund can be selected. During ad creation, funds in your account are not reserved. The ad criteria will be automatically checked in the system and if there are any resources in the accounts, they will be invested according to the specified criteria.

When "NEO Finance" identifies the loan application that meets the criteria specified by the investor, it automatically completes the loan agreement (and the guarantee agreement if the provision fund is selected) on behalf of the investor. Then, a portion of the reserved funds is transferred to the loan recipient under the terms of the signed contract (the surety fee is also transferred from the reserved funds if the Provision Fund is selected).

What is a supply fund?

'NEO Finance' offers the paid provision fund service, further reducing the investment risk. After deciding to invest with the Provision Fund, you will sign the guarantee contract with "NEO Finance". Under it, "NEO Finance" itself undertakes to provide the guarantee to the recipient of the loan. This means that if the loan recipient is late, even for a day, "NEO Finance" covers the payments directly to the investor and recovers them from the loan recipient later. "NEO Finance" accumulates money in a separate account and collects payments to investors from that account. The constantly updated account view is published in the investment section of www.neofinance.com. After selection of the provisioning fund service, the respective commission is applied to the investor. The rate depends on the credit recipient's solvency rating and the loan's maturity: 0.23% - 27.54% of the investment amount. All fees are accumulated in the fund and, in case of delay, payments are covered with the funds accumulated in the provision fund. If the borrower repays the loan early or if the loan agreement with the borrower is terminated, the provision fund rate is reduced so that the investor does not lose (the investor will always get back the amount he invested).
