GIFT PACKAGING

We offer two options for packaging your order: 'Eco' and 'High'.

You can select them as they are offered at checkout.

Gift notes

We are happy to hand-write notes for gifts, so just specify your message in the notes section after making your packaging selection.

Gifts sent directly

Don't worry, there will be no prices or invoices included in your order, your receipt is your order confirmation sent to you.

If you need to ship items to different addresses, process each order

We want to give your order the best possible care as it leaves us to reach you.

Fulfilling your request

We will normally pack your order the next business day, this may vary depending on demand, but in general it will be packed and shipped the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification and it will be on its way to you. Once shipped, it will be up to our delivery partner to deliver it to you.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase and there is no defect, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, still have a hygiene tag (if provided with one) and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Sale items are non-returnable, full price items only.

Exchanges

We can exchange defective items, but we do not exchange non-defective items. If you wish to exchange your defective item for a new or repaired one, please specify on your return receipt.

If you wish to exchange your jewelry for a different size, color or product, return it for a refund and repurchase the desired items in a separate order.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will verify that it is suitable for a refund and issue one if applicable. You will receive an email notification and your refund will be processed with a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method.

If we receive your return and it is not suitable for a refund, we will call you or send you an email.

Refunds on sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or defaulted refunds

If you have not received a refund at least 5 days after our notification, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially published. If that fails, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is posted. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at nuehoops dot com customer service.

Defective goods

Please take the time to read the instructions for caring for your jewelry (a short version is provided with your order on the back of your thank you card). If you find a defect in your item and it is within the 6 month warranty period, you can send it back for repair or exchange for a new one.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can obtain a gift credit for the value of your item if you wish to return it. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Sending your return

To return your product if you live in the UK, please use the free return label available for download here.

International returns

If you live outside the UK, please contact customer service at nuehoops dot come and we will instruct you where to send your return. Unfortunately, we do not currently do free international returns.

If you are shipping an item over £50, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
