Return Information:
On the 'Contact Us' page of the Website, select the 'Returns' option. Enter your email address, specify the item(s) you wish to return, as well as your order number. Alternatively, you may send your request with all the relevant information included to: info@PrivateSportShop.com.
Return Shipping and Delivery Costs
If you have received an order that doesn't fit its description, PrivateSportShop will cover the cost of the return shipping and reshipping of merchandise if applicable. You will receive a prepaid returns label by post and this will enable you to return the item(s), free of charge.
Returning the package
When returning your order, please use standard packaging that's suitable to the products you are returning or reuse the box your order came in. The products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unused and undamaged. They must be returned to the following address: PrivateSportShop - 460 avenue des Bigos - CS 70008 - 34740 Vendargues Cedex (FRANCE).
For non-compliant products, place the prepaid returns label on your package, ensuring that the returns address is clearly visible.

On the PRIVATE SPORT SHOP website, the credit and debit cards accepted are: Visa, AmericanExpress, MasterCard and Maestro.
In accordance with regulations and to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of Customer information, PrivateSportShop.com does not save bank details.
To guarantee the safety of the payment data provided by the Customer, PrivateSportShop has chosen the payment Platform Braintree.
PrivateSportShop.com has also adopted the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system in order to secure and protect data concerning your card.

Privatesportshop Confirmation:
All returned items (product, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be received intact and fit for resale. Once the returned package is received, PrivateSportShop will review the condition of the merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted if the returned items have been visibly worn or damaged by the customer, preventing resale. If the return is refused by PrivateSportShop, we will reship your order free of charge, and no refund will be made, unless subsequent claims have been considered regarding the product or service warranty.
If returning an item that doesn't match its description, the Customer may request:
A replacement item, if in stock
A refund, within 15 days of receipt of the order at our premises
