I signed up for a discount the first month - what are the terms?

If you signed up for a Test Blade, you will receive the Test Blade and cable in your first kit for a reduced price. 10 days later, your first refills will be shipped and then as often as you choose. If you need more time for any reason, let us know and we'll take a break or extend your test.

What is the delivery method and how long does it take?

Delivery is by 2nd class mail and normally takes 2-3 days.

How often will you submit my slides?

Whenever it's convenient for you. The default is monthly, but members can choose bimonthly, quarterly or less frequent subscription options. You can also take a break at any time (if it's on vacation, for example). But remember - new, sharp blades changed once a week provide a smoother, more accurate shave.

What is your refund/return policy?

You have up to 14 days to return unopened and unused deliveries for a full refund (from the date of receipt). You may return the item for any reason within that time period and get a full refund. Return postage is paid by you if you choose to return an item.

Can I change my mind?

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time during the month. Or, if it's not for you, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just access the members area here.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. It's currently just the UK - but we're working on it!
