How long will it take to receive my order?
If you order by 2:00 pm, you must receive the order the following day (Monday to Saturday), otherwise, a maximum of 2 working days
What carriers do you use?
We use DPD in the UK, so all our orders are fully insured, tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
Do you ship abroad?
We currently only ship to the UK, but join our mailing list and we'll let you know as we open other countries.
How long is the warranty?
Our warranty for you starts on the purchase date for the next 12 months. More information can be found on our warranty page.
How do I return an item?
Our goal is always to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we'll be happy to help. Just send us an email or call us directly within 14 days of purchase and we will guide you through the simple process.
