GREEN MOUNTAIN HAZY SESSION IPA 4.3%
Named after the Green Mountains in Vermont, this beer very swiftly became one of the most popular in our range. We started to brew this as we moved into cans for the first time, knowing this would be a style well suited to this format. We pack this into kegs as well and it has become one of our key draught products, proving very popular on draught in the UK and across Europe. It has a light haze and soft body creating a very drinkable beer, we use a large amount of Australian and American hops to create a phenomenal bouquet of mango, pineapple and guava. Vegan Friendly.
LUKAS HELLES LAGER 4.2%
Our brewers are huge fans of German beer, appreciating the consistent quality of the different styles produced and are always keen to make these here in Bakewell. Our Helles lager, Lukas, is brewed with Bavarian ingredients and undergoes a long lagering period to make sure it's in perfect condition when packaged. In keg it is the go-to lager option for our own pubs and many others, in can and bottle it fills the fridges of numerous homes around the country. It's light, crisp and has just a little malt sweetness which is characteristic of this traditional style.
DDH JAIPUR DDH IPA 5.9%
A new beer to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Jaipur. DDH Jaipur uses the same recipe but is double dry hopped creating an even punchier tropical fruit character.
JAMESTOWN NEW ENGLAND IPA 5.9%
We brewed this originally as a seasonal for our keg 'Year of Beer' programme in 2019, it was very well received and we quickly brought it back, in keg again and also can. It has become a key part of our offering, gaining fantastic reviews and loyal drinkers in a number of different countries. It's enticingly hazy with a nice pillowy body and we use a fantastic foursome of hops; Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic. These are all known for their phenomenal flavour profiles and give the beer a huge tropical flavour with bags of mango, lychee and pineapple present throughout. Vegan friendly!
AM:PM GLUTEN FREE SESSION IPA 4.5%
We first brewed this a few years ago, the craft Session IPA is now a more common style but the trend at the time was for ever stronger IPAs. We wanted a full flavoured alternative that we could enjoy without the hangover! We brew AM:PM with a complex mix of aromatic hops from the US, Australia, and New Zealand to really maximise its character, they exude papaya, passion fruit and kiwi. We have recently started to make this Gluten Free to meet growing demand, it's all the same ingredients and great taste but now less than 20 ppm of gluten.
ASTRYD HAZY PALE ALE 3.8%
With the success of Green Mountain we began to receive requests for a juicy, and hazy, lower ABV pale in cask. Not too many years ago a purposefully hazy beer in this format would have been completely unthinkable but we were eager to brew one to meet this new demand. We decided a healthy dose of US hops with a focus on Mosaic would be perfect for this one, the Mosaic hops are renowned for the huge berry and stone fruit character they impart and we felt this would work perfectly for the beer we had in mind. It was a real hit on cask and has led us to now make this available in 440ml cans as well. Vegan Friendly.
