How do I sign up for TradePoint?
Don't worry, it's easy to sign up. And it's free.
All you have to do is prove you're in the business and you're in it.
You just need two forms of identity like a business card, letterhead or another one from the approved list of identities we accept and you're ready to apply in-store or online.

It's no hassle. Just fill in the short application form and show us your two identity forms. Our helpful TradePoint team will then process your application and give you a temporary card so you can get started right away. Your permanent card will be delivered to your home address within 14 days.

What are the opening hours of TradePoint?
Working in commerce is not a 9 to 5 job. We understand, that's why we're open 7 days a week - early until late. We're here when you need us - opening hours vary by store, just check Find a Store for opening hours at your local store.
Help! I lost my TradePoint card - what do I do now?
Don't worry if you lost your TradePoint card. There are two easy ways to get a new one:
Get a new TradePoint card in store
Enter your local store and we'll fix it with a new TradePoint card. Bring an identity document and we will receive your new card (within 14 days). While you wait, you can still use your TradePoint account - we'll give you your TradePoint membership number and you can use it until your new card arrives.
