OPENING HOURS
Tours will open at 10am and doors will close at last entry which will vary depending on the time of year you visit.
October - March, last entry is at 3pm/ April - July and September, last entry is 4pm/ August last entry is 5pm
TOUR ENTRANCE
The Tour entrance is on level 1 of the stadium directly behind the Bobby Moore Statue. Visitors will need to walk up two flights of stairs or use the external lift which can be assessed to the left-hand side of the Club Wembley entrance.
SECURITY CHECKS
Wembley Stadium operates a 100% bag search as part of entry conditions.
IS THERE A CLOAKROOM FOR COATS AND BAGS?
We do not offer cloakroom services. Any large bags or suitcases will not be allowed into Wembley Stadium. Personal belongings must be kept with visitors at all times.
TICKETING
DO I NEED TO PRE-BOOK A TICKET?
Tickets for the tour can be bought on the day of your visit at the stadium however it is cheaper if you pre-book!
ARRIVAL TIMES
If you do pre-book your ticket, the timeslot you select is an arrival time rather than a tour departure time. This is to manage visitor flow into the stadium and to ensure we can deliver the best possible experience.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
GROUP SIZE
Minimum group size is 25 people. Tour hosts can take a maximum of 40 guests around the stadium at one time, so if your group is larger than that, we'll split it. Groups of less than 25 will be booked for a standard tour and will not be eligible for the discounted group rate.
QUOTES
Groups will receive 15% off their total booking (based on pre-booked public rates).
AVAILABILITY
Group tours are available daily at 11:00, 1:00, 2:00 and 3:00.
HOW DO I MAKE MY GROUP BOOKING?
Fill out the Group Booking Inquiry Form on our website. Our reservations team will contact you within 7 days.
HOW DO I PAY MY GROUP BOOKING?
Once your reservation has been confirmed, you have up to 30 days prior to your visit date to pay for your reservation in full. If payment is not received on time, your reservation will be canceled and tickets released.
If your booking is made within 2 weeks of your visit date, payment will be taken in full upon confirmation.
Payment can be made by card over the phone.
CAN I CHANGE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN MY GROUP AFTER PAYMENT?
If you are increasing the size of your group, please contact the reservations team and they will change your reservation. The reservations team will only process one additional increase to your reservation; any additional visitors will be added to the pre-booked total price.
CAN I CANCEL MY GROUP VISIT AFTER I MADE THE PAYMENT?
If you cancel your group visit 30 days or more before your visit date, you will be refunded the full amount you paid.
If you cancel your group visit between 29 and 8 days before the date of the visit, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the visit dates will be non-refundable.
