Price match promise on like-for-like luggage
Found the same suitcase cheaper at another UK retailer? Contact customer service with proof of the lower price before placing your order and they'll match it. The item must be identical in size, colour, and model number, and the competitor must have it in stock.
Refer a friend and you both earn a voucher
Share your personal referral link from your account dashboard. When a friend places their first order through that link, they receive a welcome discount and you get a credit voucher applied to your account for use on a future purchase.
NHS and Blue Light Card holders get a discount
Frontline workers with a valid Blue Light Card can register their card number at checkout to receive a percentage off their order. Applies to both cabin and hold luggage across the full-price range, not just sale stock.
Clearance deals on discontinued luggage lines
The clearance section gathers last-season colours and end-of-line models at heavily reduced prices. Stock is limited to whatever's left in the warehouse, so popular sizes tend to sell through fast - worth checking before a trip rather than after.
Save on matching luggage sets and travel bundles
Buying a two- or three-piece suitcase set works out cheaper per case than purchasing each bag individually. The bundles page groups coordinating cabin, medium, and large cases together with a built-in saving compared to single-item prices.
Student discount on luggage and bags
Verified students get a reduced price on their orders through the student discount scheme. Register with your academic email or via a student verification platform linked at checkout, and the discount applies automatically to eligible items in your basket.
