Price match promise on identical luggage at Case
Found the same Case product cheaper at another authorised UK retailer? Contact customer service before placing your order and they will match the lower price. The item must be identical in model, colour, and size, in stock at the competitor, and not part of a flash sale or auction listing.
Case gift cards from £10 to £200
Digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be loaded with any amount between £10 and £200. They never expire and work across the full Case catalogue, which makes them a practical present for someone planning a big trip who wants to choose their own suitcase colour and size.
Refer a friend and you both get credit at Case
Share your personal referral link with anyone who needs new luggage. When they place their first order, both of you receive store credit to spend on a future purchase. There is no cap on how many friends you can invite, so the credit can build up over time.
NHS and key worker discount at Case
Frontline workers including NHS staff, emergency services, and teachers can register their professional email address to receive a saving on their order. Eligible shoppers get the discount applied automatically once verification is complete, and it stacks with most ongoing promotions.
Clearance deals on discontinued luggage lines at Case
The clearance section features last-season colours and outgoing models at permanently reduced prices - no code needed. Stock is limited and once a particular shade or size sells through it will not be restocked, so it is worth checking back regularly if you have your eye on a specific design.
Save on luggage sets and travel bundles at Case
Buying a matching cabin bag plus a large checked suitcase together works out cheaper than purchasing each piece individually. Case bundles popular combinations so you get a co-ordinated set for less, with options spanning hard-shell and soft-shell ranges.
