Once your order is placed, you can check on it's status at any time by using the link above or Order Status link in your Converse.com confirmation email.Use the order number (which can be found in your confirmation email), email address and billing zip code to sign into Converse.com for up-to-date info on where your order is in the process. When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information - so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. If you have a Converse Account and were logged in when you placed your order, the order information will appear within your order history in Your Account.

What are Converse.com's shipping options?
We want you to receive your items as quickly as you'd like, so we offer three different options for shipping: Standard, 2-day, and Next Day. Items ordered with standard shipping arrive between 3-5 days after we process your order.SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day. The cutoff time is 3PM EST M-F for Standard and 5 PM EST M-F for 2-Day/Next Day.
- Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive in 30-45 days.
- Converse gift cards ship free and physical gift cards are shipped via USPS.

Can I ship Converse.com orders to APO/FPO addresses?
For sure! Converse can ship most orders to Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office addresses.During checkout, be sure to select 'APO/FPO' when entering your shipping info. If a saved shipping address automatically populates and you don't see the APO/FPO option, click 'Edit' for more options.
Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free by UPS Surepost and are delivered via standard USPS Military Mail and will arrive in 30-45 days, depending on where you're sending them.
EXCEPTIONS

While most products are available, we cannot ship Custom Converse orders, physical gift cards, or certain launch products to APO or FPO addresses.
How do I return my Converse.com order?
We make returns hassle-free so that you can purchase with confidence. Converse.com purchases can be returned for up to 30 days after delivery. Simply follow the steps below to return your order, no questions asked. And remember - we always cover the return shipping cost.- Place your item(s) in their shipping box.
- Attach the return label (which can be found inside the original packaging) to the outside of the box.
- Drop the box at any UPS location.

I don't have a return label. What should I do?
If your order did not include a return label or if you've misplaced or discarded the label, you can get a new one in a couple of ways:
- Simply enter your order number in the Order Status window.
- Contact our Customer Service Team.
- Or, you can always return your items to your nearest Converse store
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. We will process your return within two business days, though your payment provider may take longer to refund your purchase.
Can I return my Converse.com order to a Converse store?
Absolutely! Use our store locator to find a store near you. Please note that Converse.com orders will be refunded as follows:
- Orders paid for by PayPal will be refunded to a physical gift card.
- A Converse gift card payment will be refunded to a new Converse physical gift card.
- Orders paid for by a major credit or debit card will be credited to that same card.
Of course. To exchange your order for another size or color, please call our Customer Service Team. You can also take your Converse.com order to a Converse store for an in-store exchange.
Can I return something I received as a gift?
At this time, Gift returns or exchanges would need to be done by the individual you paid for the gift. If you'd like to return your product or exchange your product yourself, you may bring it to a Converse retail store.
