What methods of preparation is coffee suitable for?
You can select the method you want to use to make your coffee.
We offer subscriptions to Filter, Espresso, or the more adventurous among you can select our Assorted box which contains coffees suitable for Filter and/or Espresso.
How does this subscription model work?
You will be billed each month on the 16th, unless you choose to pause or cancel (which you can do at any time).
We then place orders at that month's roasters to ensure your coffee is roasted as fresh as possible.
New orders placed after the 16th are shipped, as we serve new subscribers until around the first of the following month.
We then ship the coffee to our subscribers as soon as possible after the 16th of the month - usually the first Wednesday after the 16th.
Once the coffee has shipped, you will receive an email confirming that it is on its way.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes - you are fully in control of your subscription and can cancel it at any time (but we'll definitely be sorry to see you leave, so get in touch if you have any comments for us).
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, if you just want to skip a month or two, you can log into your account and skip months of your subscription. If you want to stop for now, you can cancel and reactivate when ready. Make sure you do this before the 20th of the month (the billing cut-off date for each month).
Can I buy coffee as a gift?
Yes, you can buy a subscription as a gift for someone.
You can also purchase a coffee gift box option that includes three months of our fantastic coffee delivered to the lucky recipient of your choice.
How will my subscription box reach me?
All of our boxes are shipped each month using Royal Mail service 24 hours or 48 hours.
When will I get my coffee?
The billing date for orders for each month is the 16th. We plan to ship as soon as possible after that date, once all coffee has been freshly roasted and delivered to us - normally this is the first Wednesday after the deadline.
As soon as we send the subscriptions, you will receive an email confirming the submission.
If you place your order between the 16th and the last day of the month, we will ship a box directly to you as long as we still have stock of the coffee.
I don't live in the UK, can I still sign?
Yes, at checkout you will receive a price to ship to the country of your choice.
Will the coffee fit in my mailbox?
Unfortunately not. Signatures are shipped as a small Royal Mail package and do not fit into a standard mailbox.
The reason for this is that we do not repackage the coffee we receive from the roasters to ensure that it stays fresh, is not mishandled or contaminated incorrectly, and maintains the brand independently of each roaster. Therefore, it is impossible to guarantee that the coffee we receive from roasters would fit in a box suitable for a standard mailbox.
Which roasters do you work with?
We work with the widest selection of the best independent roasters from the UK, Europe and around the world. Just visit our Roasters page to see the current list.
