We have a gift catalog where you can check the gifts and the points needed to get them. Gifts that are seasonal will be updated.
You can exchange your points for gifts through the Druni physical store to which you belong.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE PERFUMERY CLUB
The Perfume Club is a points accumulation program for clients of Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo Perfumeries. The conditions of this Program are the following:
To participate in this Program it will be necessary to be a member of the Perfume Club. Only clients who hold the Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo Perfume Club client file are members of the program, if it is not canceled.
The holder will obtain points for purchases in the physical establishments of Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo, according to the current table at all times. Obtaining points will be completed at the time of paying the amount of the purchases. The presentation of the DNI will be essential to obtain the aforementioned points.
The Perfume Club will periodically publish a catalog, in which the available gifts and the number of points necessary to be eligible for the gift will appear. Editing a new catalog will invalidate the previous one.
The gift will be the one that the holder chooses from the current catalog at all times. To request any gift, it will be necessary for the holder to have the necessary points accumulated from the gift on their client file and that they are not expired, as established in point 13.
The holder will request and collect their gifts at the Druni, Atalaya or Gilgo establishment where they became a member. The holder will collect the gifts within 20 days, from the request, upon presentation of their ID.
In no case will the return of the gift points be granted, once they have been removed from the establishment. Points will not be exchanged for money. Nor will the points be transferable or accumulative from one member to another.
Gifts will carry the usual manufacturer's warranty. In this sense, any claim for malfunction should be made to the corresponding technical service, and Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo Perfumeries are exempt from any responsibility or intervention for these incidents.
In the event that stocks are exhausted, Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo Perfumeries may substitute the gifts in the catalog for other gifts of the same or higher value, and with similar characteristics.
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection in Spain and its implementing regulations, We inform that the Responsible for the treatment of your data is the entity DRUNI, SA and its group of companies PERFUMERIES ATALAYA, S.L.U. and GILGO S.A.U. Your data will be processed for the purpose of managing your relationship with us for the services provided, sending periodic information about the Program and promoting products, including marketing actions carried out through any postal, electronic or telematic means of communication. The legitimacy for the use of your data is based on the execution of a contract or provision of services and the consent of the interested party. No data will be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation. The data will be destroyed once you communicate your withdrawal and / or the legal retention periods have ended. Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, forgetfulness, portability and limitation of treatment by written notification to the address: DRUNI, S.A. Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo reserve the right to add the modifications they consider pertinent to these conditions, up to including other requirements or conditions for obtaining the gifts, safeguarding in any case the rights acquired by the owner.
Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo may cancel the Program at any time. In the event that the Perfume Club Program is canceled, the holder will have the right to exchange their points within a maximum period of 3 months from this cancellation.
Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo will make known in reasonable advance any modification or cancellation of the Program.
All accumulated points will expire if their holders keep their client file inactive (they do not make purchases) during the continuous period of 12 months. Also Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo reserve the right to expire the points that are not exchanged in a maximum period of 24 months from their obtaining, with the current program.
Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo reserve the right to cancel those client files of the program in which their holders have not made purchases during the continuous period of 12 months.
Druni, Atalaya and Gilgo reserve the right to cancel those client files of the program with which their holders have made improper or fraudulent use or that do not comply with these conditions.
