I'm registered under another Scotts & Co brand, can I use my existing login?
This is no longer an option. Each brand has a separate website and will therefore require you to register separately, although you can use the same login details for each brand - it's up to you.
How do I change my personal data?
Just click on My Account, which you will find in the upper right corner of the screen. Select 'Account Settings' and you will be taken to a screen where you can make any changes.
How do I know if it's safe to order online?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We ship all products as they become available, so orders can arrive separately. In-stock items ship in an average of 5 days - although we ask that you wait up to 10 days as some items ship to you directly from one of our trusted specialist suppliers. If you selected Next Day Express Delivery and placed the order before 6:00 pm, then your order will be delivered the next business day (please be aware that an order received before the Friday deadline will be delivered the following Monday, if received after the deadline, the order will be delivered on the following Tuesday).
Do I get any confirmation after placing my order?
If you place your order on our website, you will automatically receive a confirmation and then a confirmation email will be received. We will then keep you informed every step of the way with shipping, tracking and delivery details. Even if you placed your order by phone or by mail, if we have your email address, we will send you an email to keep you informed. Please keep these emails safe as they include information if you would like to contact us about your order.
