Search and Request
Guests search for rooms that are available and send a reservation request and await their return.
Reservation and Fee
Once availability is accepted and confirmed, a reservation fee is paid to Homestay.com
Form of payment
The guest must pay the full amount upon arrival. But if you want to request a payment in advance, no problem, but this should be clearly indicated in your profile. Some hosts (depending on country and currency) may take advantage of a 25% payment option to cover cancellations and no shows.
