How does my housekeeper access my home?
It's totally up to you. You can be at home or you can arrange for your housekeeper to clean your house while you are away. If you're going out, you can give spare keys to your housekeeper, forward them to the concierge, or send them to a key safe.
You can update your proprietary access at any time through your online account login page. This also allows you to arrange for your housekeeper to pick up your spare keys for a specific cleaning visit.
How does key collection and tracking work?
If you would like your housekeeper to take care of your spare keys, you can arrange for them to pick up your spare keys during a cleaning visit. You can do this anytime from your online account. Our systems will allow your housekeeper to pick up spare keys through your phone app. This service is only available to regular customers.
Once your housekeeper picks up your keys, we will send them a unique code to tag your spare keys and ensure that any other identification about you or your property is removed. We then monitor on our systems whether the housekeeper is keeping spare keys for you.
What extra services will my housekeeper provide?
In addition to a regular housekeeping service, your housekeeper can also provide the following services:
Iron clothes
Laundry
Oven Cleaning
Internal window cleaning
Cleaning the refrigerator
You can add these services to every visit, for example you might want to iron on each visit, or you can add them as a service to any individual visit, for example you might just want to clean the oven every now and then. These extra services can be added to your cleaning at a cost of £16.50 per hour or £8.25 for 30 minutes.
Can I have a bespoke cleaning?
Of course! Lots of our customers have unusual requests, like cleaning of communal areas or small office spaces as well. Once you set up your online account, you'll have access to write bespoke instructions which will pull through to your Housekeeper's phone App ready for each clean.
