How much coffee is in my RISE coffee box?
Each RISE coffee box contains at least two bags of premium coffee, handpicked by our independent roasting partners. Our bag sizes are 227-250 grams each. Depending on how strong you like your coffee, that's about 20-30 cups of coffee a month if you're using whole beans, and a little more if you're using ground beans.
How much does a coffee subscription cost?
A monthly subscription costs £16.99 per box. You can order a single RISE coffee box for yourself as a trial or as a gift box with a free gift message to a friend or loved one. We have several options to meet your needs, including biweekly, monthly, bimonthly or our smaller mini RISE option. You can always try one first to see if you like our subscription. Remember, you can pause or cancel anytime!
Will my coffee come whole or in beans?
Whatever you want! You can order whole bean coffee or ground coffee from us. We recommend ordering whole grains as this maintains the freshness and flavor of the grains. If you don't have a grinder, select 'grind' and we'll ship it ready for you to use in your coffeemaker or plunger.
What is a grinder and where can I buy one?
We recommend buying an electric grinder, which costs around £30-50 but is well worth the investment.
How will the coffee be packaged?
Your coffee will come in its original packaging from our coffee partners. At RISE coffee, our aim is to show our roasting partners, their stories and the beans they roast. It also means that we don't knock back the coffee, keeping it fresh and allowing us to be more sustainable with our packaging.
Will it fit in my mailbox?
It will not and will be delivered to your door via Royal Mail. However, we are considering reducing our boxes to make this happen. If you would like us to provide a mailbox service - send us a message and share your thoughts.
How fresh is the coffee?
We work closely with our roasting partners to ensure the coffee reaches you as soon as possible after the roasting date. This usually takes 3-4 days, so we can guarantee it will smell and taste delicious.
What if I don't like the coffee?

Is your coffee fair trade?
Our coffee partners supply their coffee sustainably and pay fair trade wages unless they directly involve farmers to offer more than fair trade prices.
How are you environmentally friendly?
Our boxes are recyclable and made from a minimum of 90% recycled material. Printed with water-based ink, they are ready to be used again, as well as being vegan, compostable and raised from responsibly managed forests. Our aim is to make sustainable eco-friendly choices wherever possible and ensure that we only integrate coffee partners that align with that.
Can I buy a bag of coffee?
