What is our return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return the unwanted item within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a valid shipping confirmation email from Wicked Brick, including your order reference number.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us and you must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. If your shipment is delayed in transit or if it is returned to us before it reaches its destination, return refunds will not be processeduntil we receive the shipment back.
I forgot to add my discount code, what should I do?
If your order has not been finalized, you can return to the checkout page to enter your discount code.
Once your order is completed, unfortunately we cannot apply a discount to your order. However, if you contact us within an hour of placing your order, we may cancel your order, although this is not guaranteed.
