How to shop

Placing an order on Geekmall is fast and exceptionally easy. You can simply register on our website, add the desired products in the cart and proceed to payment.

IMPORTANT: The client is obliged to contact our customer service before utilizing any of our technical services assistance and reparation. Any product or package sent to our facilities without the Return Material Authorization will not be accepted. The customer service is active from Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM and answers to all received emails and enquires in their arrival order. We commit to answering to every request in the shortest time possible and we ensure that every request is being handled in less than 48 working hours.

What does my warranty include?

Geekmall offers its warranty and repair services exclusively for devices purchased on our website, that can be verified through the order number and the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI).

The warranty covers only malfunctions presented by a regular use of the product, i.e. factory defects.

The warranty is not applicable to products that present:

external damage and/or defects such as damage caused by misuse and accidents (unintended falls, bumps, burns etc.)

internal damage caused by water or other liquids

improper or unauthorized repairs (open devices, lack of or damaged labels and seals etc.)

malfunction due to installations of unofficial firmware

damages due to improper electric voltage

In order to be eligible for applying to our warranty services, the screens must be intact. Particularly, damaged, chipped, scratched or broken screens will not be covered by warranty. We suggest you use the device with maximum caution and attention and use protective film or gorilla glass when possible.

Returns Policy

The client has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of the date of receiving the item. The client must inform our customer service team by sending an email to info.en@geekmall.eu. An RMA module will be provided that must be included inside the package together with the product. To qualify for a refund the returned product(s) must be in perfect conditions, not physically broken or damaged. If the product is devalued in any way, caused by an improper use of the client (damaged, scratched, missing the original accessories, product altered or modified in any way etc.), Geekmall reserves the right to reimburse the client only partially. The shipping costs, in this case, must be covered by the client and the product must be shipped with tracked delivery services no later than 7 days of having informed us on the withdrawal of the contract.

Geekmall will do its best to reimburse the client in the shortest time possible. Refunds will be processed and paid within 30 days of our receit of the product.

DOA (Dead On Arrival)

Products received by the client which are dead on arrival, do not function or have been broken from the exact moment when the client received them are considered DOA. In these particular cases, the client must inform us via mail (info.en@geekmall.eu) about the malfunction of the product within 24 hours of receiving the product. Beyond this term, the product will not be treated as DOA but as regular after-sale support and assistance. Geekmall.eu will collect the pack

Shipping and delivery

All products available on Geekmall are shipped from our EU warehouse with express couriers (DHL or DPD) that guarantee fast and reliable services internationally.

Costs

Verifying the shipping costs is very simple! All you have to do is insert the desired products in the cart and access it afterward. There are no extra costs, the products have been already cleared through customs and the price includes all import costs like customs duties and taxes.

Shipping and delivery times

The products are shipped within 48 hours (2 working days) after the payment is verified. The orders are shipped with DHL or DPD courrier.

DHL delivers in 24/72 working hours, while DPD delivers in 2/5 working days. Products are not being shipped on weekends and holidays.

Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping delay

Tracking

At the moment of dispatch, you will receive an email containing the tracking code for your order. You can use the code on the courier's website where you can obtain more information on the progress of the shipment and the estimated delivery time and date. The aforementioned tracking code is activated within a few hours from when the item is shipped, in some cases it is activated by the end of the day.

If you have chosen DPD, you can check tracking code at https://vas.brt.it/vas/sped_numspe_par.htm, by simply inserting the code in the "Customer Parcel ID" field. Once on the tracking page, you will only have to click on the "DPD" button.

Damaged package?

Should the package present damages or signs of tampering, we advise you to sign with reserve (or refuse the package) at the time of delivery.

Having issues with the shipping?

Should the ordered goods not arrive in 5 working days, please contact first the local courier office providing them the tracking code and then email Geekmall so that we can verify the if the order number corresponds to the delivery address.
