Free Data Reporting Service
Almost all machines we provide have data reporting functionality. This feature means the CPAP machine keeps track of how your therapy is going. Information such as: how long the machine has been in use, how often, how effective it is, and what pressures it is using to treat your OSA.
We can analyze this data with our Data Reporting Service to let you know how you're doing, as well as provide tips and advice on how to further improve your therapy. If we can see any adjustments that can be made to your machine's settings to further improve its performance, we can also advise you on that. There is no charge for this service for the first year after purchase, and we can keep you posted on how things are going whenever you want an upgrade.
Here's an example of how our data reporting service can improve therapy. In this case, the person did not feel that CPAP was helping. Although his fatigue improved, it was still significant. Below is a small snippet of your data report.
We identified that he was having serious leakage problems with his mask, which meant that his therapy was not as effective as it should have been. His AHI was above the target limit of five (below which is considered 'normal'). We gave some advice on how to resolve this issue and a month later we generated another data report.
