Misook was founded in 1985, in New York, NY, and has ever since been in the business of painstakingly hand-knitting women apparel of wide range of designs and sizes with stylish color combinations for the best experience. She worked as a women's clothing designer before moving to the U.S. in 1986. She had her first business in downtown Seattle from 1988 to 1995. Her business profile was featured in the Seattle Times in 1990. She started 'Superb Custom Tailors' in 2000 on Queen Anne ave and moved to 323 w galer st (current location) in 2007. We specialize in women's custom clothing(wedding dresses, blouses,pants, etc),wedding dress alterations, men's suit alterations, leather and suede garment alterations and any sewing project (such as curtains, cushion covers and ect). For men's clothing alterations: Our men's custom shirts have high quality fabric from England, Italy and Canada with over 800 fabrics/patterns to choose from, call for more detail.

Because our leathers have not been sanded, buffed, or 'corrected' to remove natural marks, the full durability is preserved, so the leather will develop a beautiful patina over time.

The monogramming products is an artistry that's completed in-house by our trained team. Each item is meticulously lined up, measured & stamped by hand by using the highest quality press machine.
