You can choose next day delivery, which is available on most of our products. Items ordered before 2pm will ship the same day.
Our standard UK delivery is 3-5 business days, although we always try to ship your delivery within 48 hours of placing the order (except weekends).
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, for now we only ship to the UK.

How do I place an Order?
Simply:
Add the product you think your loved one would like the best, if applicable choose the flavour of the chosen spirit,
Use the personalisation boxes to make your gift extra special and then
Click on 'Add to cart'. You can then continue shopping, or
'Go to Checkout'. At checkout you can check your order and then checkout as a guest or choose to create an account.
We always advise you make an account, as account holders are rewarded with extra special deals and we go to great lengths to ensure our site is safe and that your details are stored securely. We will never share your details with a 3rd party.

How can I track my order?
If you haven't received your item and it is overdue, please contact us providing your order number in the subject and we will track it for you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You may checkout as a guest, although we always advise you to create an account to make your next shopping trip with us that bit simpler. We also regularly offer account holders special discounts for their loyalty, so its worth staying in the SpiritSmith loop.
Can I get next day delivery?
Yes you certainly can. Order before 2pm for next day delivery on most items.
How Can I Return a Product?
In the very rare event that you have a problem with your gift. Please contact us and we will organise the return with you personally. Our 'contact us' notifications are monitored full time during office hours.
